Stompers receives an enormous volume of email inquires. We attempt to respond to email as soon as we possibly can. If you do not receive a reply to your email, do not hesitate to telephone our toll-free number. Most often an inquiry can be handled more swiftly with a voice conversation.
There have been occasions when we have not "received" your email even though you have in fact "sent" it. This may be due to a "spam filter" on your end or on this end. If you have not received a response to an email telephone Stompers for assistance.
Please understand that Stompers is a small business in the true sense. In addition to our on-line mail order, under the same roof is our San Francisco retail store with walk-in customers. We do a lot of multi-tasking!
Bounced Email
There are occasions when we attempt to respond to your email and
the email will be returned to us for non-delivery. There are several
reasons why
this can happen. There may be a "spam filter" within
your mail server or some other problem in the networking. If we
get bounced-email
in our attempt to contact you AND if we have no other contact
information -- like a telephone number or postal address -- you become"anonymous" to us.
Please don't hesitate to give us a phone number in your inquiries. Often times it's easier for us to answer a question with a voice conversation.
