are made to the most demanding specifications for the Motor
Officers on the streets and highways. Stompers carries a full
stock of Dehner boots on the shelves in our San Francisco store ready

Dehners are constructed with French Calfskin vamps and with
high quality Clarino/Dehcord for the boot shafts. The shafts
are fully leather-lined in tan and have a double thickness
nitrene sole for long wear and easy replacement.
These boots are for the seasoned veterans of the force and the
mounted cadets on the way up.

Dehner now offers two versions of their classic Patrol boot.
The original Bal-Laced Patrol boot is shown above on the
right, and the Dress-Patrol boot (i.e., without
instep lacing) is illustrated above on the left. Both
these boots are described in detail below.

Dehner Bal-Laced
|
|
This model is made of French calfskin for the foot area,
with the boot shaft constructed of man-made Dehcord. There
is one top buckle Strap with the Bal-Laced instep. The boot
shaft is lined with tan cowhide leather to keep its shape,
and the foot and ankle area is lined with Elk-tanned
glove leather for extra comfort.
The Bal-Laced instep allows for greater flexibility in the
instep fitting. The "Dress" Patrol, illustrated
below, has a bit less latitude in the fit around the instep.
The lacing on the Bal-Laced provides some flexibility for
people with a larger than average instep.
Dehner Bal-Lacing is designed to have the lace tie in the middle of the instep for the greatest
flexibility. If you don't know how to lace Dehners, just ask for assistance on your order form.

The specifications for the "Dress" Patrol are the
same as the Bal-Laced Dehner illustrated above, except that
the instep is smooth with no lacing. This creates a snugger
fit and a look that is more formal in appearance.

the Top and the Calf.
Note that Stompers stocks the "D" sized Dehners
and the "E" sized Dehner Patrol boots in our San
Francisco shop. The "C" width, "EE" width
and "EEE" width must be special ordered from the factory.
It can take up until two months to make a special-order Dehner
Boot.

This style was first made by Chippewa
25 years ago. Stompers has proudly championed the return
of this black leather beauty, which is now the trophy in
the Chippewa line of boots. This boot is standard uniform equipment
for some motorcycle police departments.
This 17" High Shine with steel safety toe is leather-lined.
The leather lining provides another layer of protection, and keeps
the uppers more rigid.
